Terms of Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

1. Agreement

By using Revery (revery.to), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Who can use Revery

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate, current information about yourself.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

3. How Revery works

Revery is a matching platform. We connect travelers with independent travel specialists. Specialists are not employees or agents of Revery; they operate their own businesses.

Itineraries shown on the platform are drafts to inform planning, not professional travel advice. Verify visa requirements, health requirements, safety conditions, and booking details independently.

4. Bookings and payments

When you book travel through a specialist, your contract is with that specialist (or with the providers they book on your behalf), not with Revery. Revery may facilitate payment collection but is not party to the underlying travel contract.

Cancellation, refund, and change policies are set by specialists and providers. Read them before booking.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything illegal.
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Interfere with the platform's security or availability.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent credentials (for specialists).
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, or defame.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (trip briefs, reviews, messages, specialist profiles). You grant Revery a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the service. Reviews and public itineraries may remain visible after account deletion.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific travel outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revery's total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to Revery in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 USD. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, liability limits, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after that counts as acceptance.
