How much does it cost?
Drafting a trip is free — share your brief and we'll build a personalized itinerary you can browse before deciding anything. Pricing comes in once you choose a specialist to plan and book the trip; you'll see the full quote and confirm before any payment.
How are specialists vetted?
Every specialist completes a 14-point assessment covering destination expertise, professional credentials, references, and sample itineraries. New specialists go through a probation period on their first five trips.
What if I don't like either proposal?
You're not obligated to book. If neither match works, we'll either refine the brief and re-match, or you can walk away — we'd rather not place a trip than place a bad one.
Can I see a draft itinerary before talking to a specialist?
Yes — submit a brief and we'll build a personalized draft you can review immediately. Most travelers use it to clarify what they want. The specialist then layers in the local knowledge a draft can't reach.
What's "slow travel"?
